  • If the tournament does not meet the standards as described at the time of registration.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If the participant fails to attend the tournament for any reason.
  • If the user violates TourIVers’s policies or tournament rules.
  • If the tournament is completed successfully and the participant has no valid dispute.
  • If you make fake deposits, pay an amount different from what’s displayed, or ignore the on-screen instructions.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team through our platform’s support system.
  2. Provide the necessary details, including the transaction ID, tournament name, and the reason for the refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The exact time frame may vary depending on your payment method or financial institution.

5. Fees and Deductions

In some cases, a processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount. This will be clearly communicated during the refund process.
