Money Matters, Handled Fairly

Know exactly when you're covered

We want every payment you make on TourIVers — anywhere on the platform — to feel safe. This Refund Policy explains, in plain language, when refunds apply, when they don't, and how to request one.

This policy applies across the entire TourIVers platform (website and mobile app), covering every type of payment listed below. By making any payment on TourIVers, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy. Our goal is simple: keep things transparent so you always know where your money stands.

What This Covers

Every payment on the platform

TourIVers handles several kinds of transactions. This policy applies to all of them — here's where money moves across the platform.

Tournament Entry Fees

Payments to join paid tournaments and competitive events hosted on TourIVers.

Wallet Top-Ups & Deposits

Funds you add to your TourIVers balance to use across tournaments and platform features.

Settlement Prize Pools

Prize money held securely in the settlement pool and released to verified winners after a tournament completes.

Sponsorships & Partnerships

Payments from brands or partners for sponsored tournaments, activations, and promotional placements.

Premium & In-App Purchases

Optional upgrades, premium features, or in-app items such as coins or credits, where offered.

Service & Listing Fees

Any fees charged to organizers for hosting, listing, or promoting events on the platform.

Eligibility At A Glance

When refunds apply — and when they don't

These rules apply to every payment type above. The clearest way to understand refunds is to see both sides side by side.

You're Eligible If…

Refunds are considered in these cases

  • A tournament or event is canceled by the organizer or by TourIVers.
  • You were charged due to a technical or payment error (e.g. duplicate charges or failed transactions that still deducted funds).
  • A service, listing, or premium feature you paid for was not delivered or didn't work as described.
  • A tournament didn't meet the standards described at the time of registration.
  • An unused wallet balance is requested for withdrawal, where allowed by law and platform rules.

Not Refundable If…

Refunds won't be issued in these cases

  • You fail to attend or participate in a tournament for any reason.
  • You violate TourIVers' policies, tournament rules, or fair-play standards.
  • A tournament or service completed successfully and there's no valid dispute.
  • A premium feature or in-app item has already been used, consumed, or activated.
  • A sponsorship or promotional campaign has already gone live or been delivered.
  • You make fake deposits, pay a different amount than displayed, or ignore the on-screen instructions.
