By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any way, you agree to these Terms and all policies referenced within them. They apply to every user — players, teams, organizers, sponsors, and visitors. If you use TourIVers on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

• "Platform" — the TourIVers website, app, and related services.
• "Organizer" — a verified user who can create and manage tournaments.
• "Participant" — a player or team registered for a tournament.
• "Settlement Pool" — the internal fund-locking mechanism that holds entry fees and prize pools until a tournament is verified complete. This is not traditional escrow.

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country requires it. By using the Platform, you confirm you meet this and can legally agree to these Terms. Minors may use TourIVers only with a parent or guardian's consent. Some tournaments or payouts may require identity verification (KYC).

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and your credentials private. Everything under your account is your responsibility.

• One account per person unless we allow otherwise.

Competitive integrity is at our core, so these are strictly prohibited:

• Cheating, hacking, exploits, or unauthorized software.
• Fraud, scams, fake deposits, or misleading promotions.
• Account sharing, smurfing, match-fixing, or result manipulation.
• Harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior.
• Malware, scraping, or reverse engineering the Platform.

Violations may lead to forfeiture of winnings, suspension, or permanent removal.

TourIVers offers multiple proprietary formats — such as Battle TourIVers, Clash TourIVers, and TourIVers.GPG, with more on the way — across free, paid, and invite-only competitions. Each tournament has its own rules, entry requirements, and prizes set by its organizer. Always read a tournament's rules before joining or paying — they're part of your agreement for that event.

Hosting access is reserved for verified organizers only. Organizers must provide accurate details, honor advertised prizes and rules, run events fairly, and follow applicable laws. Teams and players must follow tournament rules and respect everyone. TourIVers isn't directly responsible for disputes between organizers and participants, but we'll help mediate within our policies.

All payments are processed securely. Entry fees and prize pools are held in a settlement pool — locked before a tournament and released only after verified completion.

• Verified winners are typically paid within 24 hours.
• You're responsible for applicable fees and taxes on winnings.
• We may withhold payouts pending fraud or violation investigations.

Refunds across the Platform — entry fees, wallet top-ups, and other payments — follow our Refund Policy. In general, refunds are considered for canceled events, technical or payment errors, and undelivered services, and aren't issued for no-shows, rule violations, completed events, or fraudulent deposits.

All content, technology, designs, formats, and branding on TourIVers are our intellectual property or our licensors', protected by law — see our Copyright Notice. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or use any part for a competing service without written permission. Content you submit grants us a limited license to operate and improve the Platform.

TourIVers may integrate or link to third-party services — payment providers, game publishers, or ad partners like Google AdMob. These operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for their content or practices. Use them at your own discretion.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure access at all times. See our Disclaimers page for more. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TourIVers and its affiliates, partners, and employees won't be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. We'll always do our best, but can't be responsible for outcomes outside our reasonable control. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the maximum the law allows.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which TourIVers operates; you agree to resolve disputes in good faith first.

We may suspend or close any account that breaks these Terms or engages in prohibited activity; serious violations may result in immediate termination without notice. You're free to leave anytime by closing your account or contacting us. Provisions like intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
