To keep things fair and make sure our platform stays a trusted space for esports enthusiasts, we’ve put together this Partnership Policy. It lays out everything you need to know about working with us—what we expect, what you get, and how we can build something great together. If you’re a gaming content creator, an aspiring esports organizer, or just someone looking to start your journey in esports, we’d love to have you on board.

1. Transparency and Integrity

At TourIVers, we prioritize transparency and integrity above all else. We do not tolerate scams, toxicity, or any form of unethical behavior. To become a partner, you must demonstrate loyalty to your audience and a commitment to fair practices.

  • Eligibility Requirement: Only creators and organizers who have a clean track record and have never misled or cheated their audience will be considered for a partnership.
  • Zero Tolerance for Scams: Any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to fake giveaways, misleading promotions, or unethical practices, will result in immediate disqualification.
  • Community Trust: Your audience’s trust is paramount. If you have a history of violating your audience’s trust, you will not be eligible for a partnership.

2. Accountability and Reporting System

To maintain a safe and fair environment, we have implemented a robust accountability system.

  • Player Reporting: Players and community members have the right to report any suspicious or unethical behavior. If a report is filed against you, your account will be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
  • Immediate Suspension: In cases of serious allegations, your account will be suspended immediately without prior notice.
  • Investigation Process: Our support team will investigate the issue thoroughly. You are required to cooperate fully during this process.
  • Consequences of Violations: If you are found guilty of violating TourIVers’ policies, you will lose your hosting access permanently. However, if the investigation clears you of any wrongdoing, your account will be reinstated with full access.

3. Community Voting System

We believe in giving the community a voice in deciding who can become an organizer on our platform.

  • Voting Pool: Before granting hosting access, a voting pool will be created where your audience can vote “Yes” or “No” on your eligibility.
  • Discussion Tab: A discussion tab will also be available for community members to share their thoughts and feedback about you.
  • Winning the Vote: To qualify as an organizer, you must secure a majority of “Yes” votes. If you fail to win the vote, you will not be eligible for an organizer account.
  • No Second Chances: The voting process is final. If you lose the vote, you cannot reapply for an organizer account in the future.

4. Legal Agreements and Compliance

To ensure the highest level of professionalism and accountability, we may require legal agreements with our partners.

  • Legal Documentation: Depending on the scope of your partnership, we may draft legal agreements to formalize our collaboration. These agreements will outline your responsibilities, our expectations, and the consequences of violating the terms.
  • Global and Local Compliance: You are required to adhere to all local and global laws, as well as TourIVers’ policies. Any actions that harm our platform’s reputation, whether locally or globally, will result in immediate termination of the partnership.
  • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs): In some cases, NDAs may be required to protect sensitive information related to TourIVers and its operations.

5. Continuous Evaluation and Performance Metrics

Partnership with TourIVers is not a one-time process. We continuously evaluate our partners to ensure they align with our values and goals.

  • Performance Reviews: Your performance as an organizer or content creator will be reviewed periodically. This includes metrics such as audience engagement, event success rates, and community feedback.
  • Improvement Opportunities: If your performance falls below our standards, we will provide constructive feedback and an opportunity to improve.
  • Termination of Partnership: Consistent underperformance or failure to meet our standards may result in the termination of your partnership.

6. Ethical Content Creation and Event Hosting

As a TourIVers partner, you are expected to create and host content that aligns with our values.

  • No Toxicity: We do not tolerate toxic behavior, hate speech, or any form of discrimination. Your content and events must promote inclusivity and positivity.
  • Fair Play: All events hosted on TourIVers must adhere to the principles of fair play. Cheating, hacking, or any form of unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
  • Quality Standards: Your content and events must meet the quality standards set by TourIVers. Low-effort or spammy content will not be tolerated.

7. Support and Collaboration

We are committed to supporting our partners in every way possible.

  • Dedicated Support Team: Our support team is available to assist you with any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborative Opportunities: We encourage collaboration between partners to create unique and engaging experiences for the community.
  • Resource Sharing: TourIVers will provide resources, tools, and guidance to help you succeed as an organizer or content creator.

8. Termination of Partnership

While we aim to build long-term relationships with our partners, there may be circumstances that lead to the termination of a partnership.

  • Breach of Policy: Any violation of TourIVers’ policies will result in immediate termination of the partnership.
  • Mutual Agreement: In some cases, partnerships may be terminated by mutual agreement.
  • Notice Period: Unless otherwise stated in the legal agreement, either party may terminate the partnership with a 30-day notice.
