The Standards

What we expect from every partner

No matter which partnership path you take, these are the principles and rules that keep TourIVers fair, safe, and trusted for everyone.

Transparency & Integrity

We prioritize transparency and integrity above all else. We don't tolerate scams, toxicity, or any unethical behavior. To partner with us, you must show loyalty to your audience and a commitment to fair practices.

  • Eligibility: Only creators and organizers with a clean track record — who've never misled or cheated their audience — will be considered.
  • Zero tolerance for scams: Fake giveaways, misleading promotions, or any fraudulent activity means immediate disqualification.
  • Community trust: Your audience's trust is paramount. A history of breaking that trust makes you ineligible.

Accountability & Reporting

To keep the environment safe and fair, we run a robust accountability system that protects the whole community.

  • Player reporting: Community members can report suspicious or unethical behavior. If a report is filed against you, your account is temporarily suspended pending investigation.
  • Immediate suspension: For serious allegations, your account may be suspended immediately without prior notice.
  • Investigation: Our support team investigates thoroughly, and you're required to cooperate fully.
  • Consequences: If found guilty, you permanently lose hosting access. If cleared, your account is reinstated with full access.

Community Voting System

We give the community a real voice in deciding who becomes an organizer on our platform.

  • Voting pool: Before hosting access is granted, a voting pool lets your audience vote "Yes" or "No" on your eligibility.
  • Discussion tab: A discussion space lets community members share honest feedback about you.
  • Winning the vote: You need a majority of "Yes" votes to qualify as an organizer.
  • Final decision: The voting process is final. If you lose the vote, you can't reapply for an organizer account later.

Legal Agreements & Compliance

For professionalism and accountability, we may require legal agreements with our partners.

  • Legal documentation: Depending on the scope, we may draft agreements outlining your responsibilities, our expectations, and the consequences of violations.
  • Global & local compliance: You must follow all local and global laws plus TourIVers' policies. Anything that harms our reputation leads to immediate termination.
  • NDAs: In some cases, non-disclosure agreements may be required to protect sensitive information.

Continuous Evaluation

Partnership isn't a one-time process. We continuously evaluate partners to make sure we stay aligned on values and goals.

  • Performance reviews: We periodically review metrics like audience engagement, event success rates, and community feedback.
  • Room to improve: If performance dips below our standards, we give constructive feedback and a chance to improve.
  • Termination: Consistent underperformance or failure to meet our standards may end the partnership.

Ethical Content & Events

As a partner, you're expected to create content and host events that reflect our values.

  • No toxicity: Hate speech and discrimination of any kind aren't tolerated. Your content and events must promote inclusivity and positivity.
  • Fair play: Every event must follow fair-play principles — cheating, hacking, or unfair advantages are strictly prohibited.
  • Quality standards: Your content and events must meet TourIVers' quality bar. Low-effort or spammy content isn't allowed.

Support & Collaboration

We're committed to supporting our partners in every way we can.

  • Dedicated support: Our team is available to help with any issues or concerns.
  • Collaboration: We encourage partners to work together to create unique, engaging experiences for the community.
  • Resource sharing: We provide resources, tools, and guidance to help you succeed as an organizer or creator.

Termination of Partnership

We aim for long-term relationships, but some situations may end a partnership.

  • Breach of policy: Any violation of TourIVers' policies results in immediate termination.
  • Mutual agreement: Partnerships may also end by mutual agreement between both parties.
  • Notice period: Unless a legal agreement states otherwise, either party may end the partnership with a 30-day notice.
