Page layouts, navigation flows, the placement of buttons and icons, and our visual animations — all protected as design assets.
Proprietary matchmaking algorithms, ranking and reward logic, event automation, and original backend infrastructure — the brain of the platform.
The "TourIVers" name, logos, slogans, taglines, domain, color schemes, typography, and brand sounds — all legally trademarked.
All written guides, graphics, banners, videos, audio, and promotional content — even our social media posts and ads fall under this protection.
Unless you have written permission from TourIVers, the following are strictly off-limits.
Don't reproduce or duplicate any part of our tournament structures, app layout, or site design — and don't "borrow" our text, images, or game mechanics for your own use.
Don't take inspiration from our systems and simply change a few details to make them look different. This includes remixing our content, adjusting our layouts, or tweaking our scoring systems.
Don't attempt to access, understand, or reproduce our platform's code or backend systems. Reverse engineering is a direct violation of our rights and will be taken very seriously.
Don't use any part of TourIVers to build or promote a competing service, product, or platform. Imitating TourIVers for personal or business profit without a license is strictly forbidden.
Automated bots, scrapers, or tools that collect information from our platform without permission are illegal — including accessing our player base, tournament data, match results, or user behavior.
